Event Spaces
The Dairy Barn
Over 3,000 square feet of party space with 30’ soaring ceilings with beautiful appointments, vintage, soft seating, and our fantastic 18 foot tall back bar.
The Washington Pavilion
Our gorgeous pavilion is fresh and beautiful and can seat over 260 guests under high ceilings with swagged bistro lights.
The Midway
Our farm lane runs North to South and connects our village of spaces and is the main thoroughfare for your guests to enjoy all of our buildings. The north end of the lane is used for cocktails furnished with high and low cocktail tables under swagged party lights.
The Bakery
Our bakery offers an element of surprise and wonder for your guests. A French country bake shop where you may display sweet treats and candies of your selection together with late night coffee and tea service. (additional fees)
The Brewer’s Quarters
Soaring vintage arched architectural
windows, billowing, curtains, and a beautiful front porch with benches it makes a perfect spot to say, I DO.
The Lawn
A groomed grassy area along the east side of the midway it has pastural views of our pond, animals, and rolling agricultural fields. Prefect for the couple that wants to embrace all the genuine farm elements.
The Peach Orchard
Nearly 1,000 peach trees, stretching as far as the eye can see hold fruit that ripens from Independence Day to Labor Day. This is a picturesque, natural, and fragrant spot to say, IDO.
The Commissary
Your caterer will be so happy to see the large, clean space we have outfitted with stainless tables and running water. Perfectly located across from The Lawn it provides just the right access your caterer will need to get food to your guests whether they are enjoying cocktail hour on The Midway or dinner under the stars on The Lawn.
Restrooms
Indeed, we have the most glamorous restrooms you’ll ever find in a farm venue. We just decided to go all out. Come visit and let us know what you think.
Sugarloaf Cottage
Sugarloaf Mountain is a beautiful site to behold outside of this charming little cottage and when you look out the south side and see the verdant rolling land stretching out to our farm pond and woods you’ll certainly smile. This cottage features two bedrooms, one very large full bathroom and a half bath, a kitchen, and a living room. Just the perfect spot for a large bridal party to bond while they get ready for the big event.
