Hours:

Specific weekends and limited hours. See Visiting Us under Pick Your Own, Our Facebook Page or Our Instagram Page for when our farm is open. We are open limited weekends to correspond with our orchard availability and around our wedding and event schedule. Please do not stop by during the week as we are a private residence and working farm.

Fees:

Pick your own: fee for admission to our orchard is $5.00 per car plus a set price per container for picking paid up front upon admission. Our venue fee ranges depending on the date, spaces, equipment and décor included. Please use our inquire with us button to obtain more details.

We accept CASH ONLY at this time.

Picking Fruit:

The trees are heavy with fruit and their branches are at maximum capacity to hold all of the weight. Be gentle with our trees. Never climb trees. Pull gently on ripened fruit and you will find it will fall easily. If the fruit doesn’t release easily try other fruit on the same tree or another variety ready for harvest. Each variety has a several week period over which fruit ripens. Fruit will not become more ripe after it is picked but it will become softer. Do not pick fruit already on the ground as it may be contaminated from wild animals that wander our fields. It is considered a health hazard. If you would like to pick fallen fruit for us to feed to our animals ask for special buckets. All fruit should be thoroughly washed before being eaten

Growing Practices:

We practice “integrated pest management” which means based on good practices we monitor our fields for damage and then make decisions on how best to manage. We utilize both organic, non-organic and beneficial insects to combat damage to our crops.

Dogs & Other Pets:

Our farm is full of animals so unfortunately it is a health and safety concern for our animals and other guests for you to bring your dog unless it is a service animal. We love dogs so please do not bring them and leave them in the car.

What to Bring:

Suitable shoes and clothing for walking through a hilly orchard that may have gopher holes, tall grass, and bugs. Bring bug spray and sunscreen. If you are allergic to stings or stone fruits coming to an orchard is not advisable.

Donations:

We donate a portion of our gate admission fee to various animal charities, if you would like to leave an additional donation a check to: Bailing Out Benji. We also have volunteers who gleen our fields and we donate the food to various food banks. If you would like to be a volunteer on our farm please send us an email.
